DEBRIS
These items can be collected, found or be part of a common. In my work I use objects that have a past and bear the marks of another story. I'm “Debris” of natural origin or processing waste or hybrid forms.
I “Debris”, in summary, They are generated by the case, a myriad of different elements that differ in material, color, provenance, time and degradation, come to a place. In these works use scraps, elements is not belonging to things and objects designed. These shapes interact with each other by buying a new aesthetic dignity in the infinite flow of things.
The “Classic” is the thought which attempts to give a rule an aesthetic order in this mass of “Debris”.
Small splashes of color, smudges suggest that for each revision there is always a loss of a further degrading things.
The almost always unique color is the unifying element of this myriad of forms, actualizes the composition of the door to the present. The color is a snapshot of fixing reality.
The wood fragments collected, both natural forms either as the scraps, assembled with a jigsaw puzzle are the elements that inspired this series of works.
